At Aralie, we take pride in offering high-quality lab-grown diamond jewelry, designed and crafted to the highest standards. We guarantee that all jewelry purchased from our website will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship at the time of delivery. Additionally, we ensure that the brilliance and optical properties of our lab-grown diamonds will remain unchanged over time.

Each piece of jewelry undergoes rigorous inspection at both our production facility and distribution center before shipment.

This 30-Day Manufacturing Warranty applies to all purchases, regardless of price or product type. The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for jewelry purchased directly from Aralie.

What Is Not Covered?

While we stand behind our craftsmanship, the warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, minor dents, or other signs of everyday use.
• Fading or discoloration of metals due to exposure to chemicals, swimming pools, hot tubs, perfumes, or improper care.
• Loss of stones due to damage, trauma, or general wear, including prong thinning over time.
• Product loss, theft, or accidental damage, including chipping, cracking, or breakage of diamonds.
• Alterations or repairs completed by a third party (including ring resizing or modifications) will void the warranty.

If you experience a manufacturing issue with your jewelry, please contact our Customer Service team at support@aralie.com.

• We will evaluate your request and provide shipping instructions.
• Upon receipt, our experts will inspect the item to determine if the issue is covered under our 30-Day Manufacturing Warranty.
• If the issue is covered, we will repair or, at our discretion, replace the item at no cost.
• If the issue is not covered under the warranty, we will provide a repair quote for your approval before any work is done.

Jewelry naturally requires maintenance over time. Aralie offers professional repair services, including:

• Tightening prongs to ensure stones remain secure.
• Replacing side stones that may have been lost.
• Re-polishing and rhodium plating to restore shine.
• Comprehensive jewelry cleaning to maintain brilliance.

If your ring doesn’t fit perfectly, we offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days from the delivery date for U.S. orders.

• Simply send the ring to us, and we’ll resize it at no charge.
• If resizing is not possible due to design constraints, we will discuss alternative solutions, including a one-time exchange.
• Eternity-style rings must be custom re-made in the correct size, which we offer once within 30 days.

Unfortunately, due to international customs duties and taxes, we do not offer resizing services for international orders.
