Complimentary Free Shipping for Domestic & International Orders
At Aralie, we offer free Express shipping for all orders within the United States. A signature is required upon delivery to ensure the security of your purchase. All our products are Made-to-Order, and you can find the Estimated Shipping Date on the product details page once you've customized your jewelry. Once your order is completed and ready to ship, it will be sent at no additional cost. For expedited shipping options, kindly reach out to support@aralie.com.
Made-to-Order Jewelry
All our jewelry pieces are Made-to-Order, which means they require almost two (2) weeks for production before being shipped. The Estimated Shipping Date is displayed on the product page, shopping bag, checkout page, and order confirmation email. While we strive to ship all orders by the Estimated Shipping Date, slight delays may occur due to production schedules and final quality inspections.
For faster U.S. delivery, Priority Shipping option is available for an additional fee. However, this expedited service only affects the shipping speed after your order is ready to be shipped and does not shorten the jewelry production time.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Shipping Guidelines & Policies
We take great care in ensuring the security and smooth delivery of all orders. Please review the following policies:
- Signature Required: All orders require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
- Physical Address Required: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes; a valid residential or business address is required.
- No Address Changes After Order Placement:To prevent fraud and ensure security, we cannot modify the shipping address once an order is placed.
- No Package Re-Routing:Once the package is in transit, we are unable to redirect it to a different address.
- Failed Delivery Attempts:The shipping partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to Aralie, and we will contact you for further instructions.
- Responsibility for Delivery:Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package is handed over to shipping partner.
- Unforeseen Delays:Aralie is not liable for shipping delays caused by:
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier-related delays
- Incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout
