By visiting and/or using the Site in any capacity, including browsing products or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you are advised not to access or use the Site.

These Terms and Conditions, along with your use of this Site, are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflict of law principles. By using the Site, you agree that any disputes, claims, or controversies related to these Terms and Conditions, their enforcement, interpretation, or validity, or the use of the Site or purchases made through it (collectively referred to as "Disputes") will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration as outlined below, rather than in court. However, both parties retain the option to bring individual claims in small claims court. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis, and you waive the right to participate in any class or consolidated actions. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. This arbitration clause will remain in effect even after the termination of these Terms and Conditions or any other agreements with the Company.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”) governs the enforcement and interpretation of this provision. Arbitration will proceed through the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") with a single arbitrator who is mutually agreed upon and licensed to practice law. The arbitration will follow the current rules of the AAA, and the arbitrator will adhere to these Terms and Conditions. The arbitrator is empowered to grant legal, equitable, or declaratory relief as appropriate. The decision will be final and binding, with the proceedings kept confidential.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Site and any purchases made through it, forming an agreement between you and AJS. AJS reserves the right to modify, update, or add new terms to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any policies or guidelines on the Site, at any time and at its sole discretion. These materials are protected under United States and international trade dress, copyright, patent, and trademark laws, along with other intellectual property and unfair competition laws. Copyright in the Site Materials is owned by or licensed to AJS.

You are permitted to use these materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may download, print, and store copies of these materials for your personal, non-commercial use. However, nothing on the Site should be interpreted as granting, either implicitly or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark or service mark displayed on the Site without prior written consent from AJS or any applicable third party that owns such marks.

You are granted a personal, limited, non-sublicensable license to access and use our Site and electronically copy (except where prohibited without a license) and print to hard copy portions of our Site Materials for your informational, non-commercial, and personal use only. Occasionally, you may add a product to your shopping cart and place an order for processing, only for the order to be canceled later due to the product's unavailability. You acknowledge that products may sell quickly, and there could be a brief period after you submit your order when the item becomes unavailable. You agree that we reserve the right to cancel your order after sending an Order Confirmation without penalty.

In rare cases, you may receive a Shipping Confirmation from us, but the product may no longer be available in our inventory or that of our third-party fulfillment provider. You agree that we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order without penalty if the product cannot be shipped due to unavailability.

If you are interested in a piece of jewelry currently on backorder, please email us, and we can provide an estimated restock date. Occasionally, due to the high volume of orders, an item may go out of stock before we can update the availability on the Site. If this occurs, we will contact you directly to discuss alternative options.

Occasionally, due to system or typographical errors, information, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our Site. Such inadvertent errors or misadvertised prices are not binding on Aralie and may be corrected at any time. Aralie reserves the right to rectify all errors when identified. If you place an order for a product listed at an incorrect price, Aralie may, at its sole discretion, either inform you of the error before shipping or cancel the order and notify you of the cancellation.

Our prices are subject to change without prior notice. If a retail price is adjusted, or a promotional discount is offered through email, social media, or other advertisements, Aralie may, at its discretion, honor the lower or discounted price within thirty (30) days of your original purchase. In such cases, Aralie will provide a credit for the price difference to the original payment method. Please note that Aralie does not price match finished jewelry against competitors but will match loose diamond prices against U.S. competitors.

After selecting your jewellery and providing shipping information, you will be prompted to enter your payment details, such as credit card information, promotional codes, or gift cards, if applicable.

By submitting your payment information and completing your order, you authorise us and our third-party payment processors to charge the total order amount to your chosen payment method.

When accessing or using our website or your personalized account, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and restricting access to your device. You are also responsible for all activities conducted under your account and password. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use our site only under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian.

Please note that we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service, terminate accounts, edit or remove content, or cancel orders as necessary.

In instances where a customer files a chargeback, we reserve the right to recover related direct and indirect costs, as well as revoke any promotional items, free shipping, or other benefits associated with the order, as determined at our sole discretion.

You grant Aralie and its affiliates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose.

You represent and warrant that:

Please choose carefully when purchasing a custom-designed piece of fine jewellery. Since all custom jewellery is made to order, they cannot be returned or refunded.

All custom-made jewellery designs, images, and videos created by Aralie are the intellectual property of Aralie and may be reproduced at our discretion.
