Refunds and Returns

At Aralie, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy for your convenience. If your jewelry isn’t the perfect fit, you may return it within 30 days from the delivery date, provided it meets our return conditions.

General Return Conditions

• To start a return, contact us at support@aralie.com.
• Once your return request is approved, you must ship the item within 7 days of approval.
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, accompanied by all original documentation.
• If your purchase included a lab-grown diamond certificate, failure to return it will result in a $100 replacement fee per missing certificate.
• Products that have been engraved, resized, or modified by a third party outside of Aralie are not eligible for return.
• Items exhibiting signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return.
• Packages missing a Return Shipping Authorization Number or those refused upon delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
• Aralie reserves the right to restrict website access or terminate accounts for individuals who abuse our return policy.

Refunds to Original Payment Method

• Most eligible items qualify for a full refund to the original payment method.
• All pre-designed style orders qualify for a full refund back to your original form of payment.

Certain items qualify for store credit instead of a refund:

• Custom jewelry pieces can only be returned for store credit.
• The Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty and Repair process still apply to all store-credit returns.

Custom Re-Design Policy

• If you choose to use store credit for a new custom jewelry piece, this will be considered a one-time redesign.
• Once the redesigned item is purchased using store credit, it becomes a final sale and cannot be returned again.

Once we receive your returned item, our jeweler will inspect its condition and documentation. This assessment typically takes up to 5 business days.

• If the return meets our criteria, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• If a return does not meet eligibility requirements, we will notify you of alternative solutions.
